Cardio cardio cardio! Love it or hate it, we've got to get it in! This fat burning HIIT cardio workout will get that heart rate up and will help improve your cardiovascular endurance. This no equipment workout is a great way to get that cardio workout in from home. For an extra challenge try eliminating the rest breaks in between exercises oww oww!!

Workout Breakdown:
Warm Up
2 Bodyweight Cardio Circuits 40s work + 10s rest x2 rounds each
