Truth is, these people are amazing.
I learn so much from them. I don't know if Claudia and Coach Kozak are still active, but thank you from to bottom of my heart. Coach, you showed me what an effective working out pace is, and Claudia, you taught me alternative versions are just as effective as normal versions. You both showed me that the human body reacts differently to working out and that that is ok. You learned me to be proud of myself and not hate myself. Thanks to you, and your positivity, I learned to appreciate my body again and recognise its responses, and it feels so satisfying when I feel warmth in my muscles or a burn.
You really helped me through quarantine, and helped a recovering Eating Disorder patient love herself. Thank you.

Hi guys!! My husband and I have been doing your videos since we have been quarantined at home and we love them! We need more of the 45-60 mins HIIT or Tabata without equipment please. We are fighters, not quitters!!! You are both so motivating and we love working out with you both!

I couldn't wait to tell you guys in the morning when I start my next workout but it's been officially 4 weeks now since I've started your workouts and I'm down 21lbs. Coach, I want to thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for all your help. My BMI was in the MORBIDLY Obese category and now down to category 1 losing a total of 26.4 lbs in 7weeks along with low carb low calorie diet. Your pep talk during the workout has helped me a lot on this journey, especially the part where you say "or you're just trying to save your own life" because this line is so true! I know I've still got a long way to go but I just want to let everyone know that we should never ever give up on ourselves! Losing weight is never just about the looks but most importantly about our health. It is never gonna be easy, just keep pushing and keep fighting. I also have hypothyroidism which makes it harder for me to loose but I give it my best everytime!

I am a registered nurse in the emergency department and I have seen so many people succumb to different diseases brought about by obesity. There's nothing wrong with loving your body and accepting who you are but always put your health FIRST. I still wanna be around to take care of my husband and future grandkids. I refuse to get beaten down by the obese woman in me saying that I can't do it because I already did and I CAN DO MORE!!!

Idk you guys will ever see this comment but thank you for all the workouts that you guys put out. Recently been down on my luck and instead of laying about and wasting my time moping I decided to do workouts. Been watching the Channel since 2019 and even tho embarrassingly I’ve been in and out of workout routines I decided to keep it this time. I’m on month 2 and I can gladly say I did the workouts without rewinding or stopping for extra rest. Granted I made sure I was ok but I pushed myself and I went through the whole video without stopping. To others it might be a small step but for me it’s a huge achievement. Thank you coach and Claudia. ❤

Tried out the advanced version for the first time at the recommendation of my coach. This is the first time my body has forcefully sucked in the air without my consent. How did you even do that? I have never done a workout that made me sweat so much. I told myself to at least get to minute 30 and because of Coach's motivational quotes and encouragement throughout the video, I actually finished the whole workout. Thank you so much for making my night. I literally teared up by how proud I am of myself.

I rarely comment on videos, but I had to for this! I was skeptical because I used to do the insanity workouts and I hated every minute of them; but I've been wanting to get some extra cardio in the mornings but don't have time to go to the gym and too much running gets me bored. I found these, and they looked decent enough to get the job done, but was unenthusiastic to get started. I was wrong, this workout was FANTASTIC! I was engaged the entire time, it was challenging, and fun! I'll be adding these videos to my mornings from now on!!! So glad I found these workouts.

I love this style of HIIT - by round 3, I'm usually not loving it - haha. Thank you for posting another video! I really enjoy your channel. I have told everyone about this channel - my whole family is doing your workouts! (And everyone is getting crushed. Haha.) A good friend is doing your beginner series and loving it.

I rebooted my entire diet and started exercising again in February and have lost 27 lbs. Couldn't be happier. A big part was introducing HIIT into my routine - and with working out at home, having crazy work hours and limited time - HIIT could not be a better match. Your channel has played a huge role in my success. Thank you again for making these workouts available. :)

I love HASfit! I usually do a 20-30min one in the morning then another when I get home from work (starting this one now). It jump starts my day and I usually just let it autoplay after I finish in the morning while I get ready for work just to listen to the encouragement lol... I really appreciate y'all
