Hi Cole, love this, love you! Just wondering if you have any good stretches for ankles, toes and maybe shins?? I find that I struggle sometimes with balances due to shaky ankles but once I warm them up/do a couple of stretches it is much easier. Granted I had an ankle injury a couple of years ago that I need to keep on top of... regardless I don't see much about ankle/foot yoga anywhere. Thank you so so much for everything! Love x
