This was the best 10 minute flow EVER. it has everything I’m looking for from stretching my hips legs shoulders everything, to getting a good flow in for activity, and even some great affirmations, mindfulness and some great poses that challenge me. I loved the end, it made me so happy

I did this with my sneakers on as a warm up before going on a bike ride. I really like how you gave different levels for headstand. Today my body was only in the mood for rabbit pose.

Hi!
I'm 14 and I usually dislike slow exercises and yoga because I like moving and I consider them boring but your vinyasa literally kept me entertained for the ENTIRETY of it. Thank you so much!! :D I definitely didn't do VERY well but I will most likely come back and try to improve my abilities <3
