Get ready for an incredible upper body workout! In this 30 MIN Upper Body Strength Workout + Weights, we've gone the extra mile to provide not only easier alternatives for some exercises but also included banded options.
This means you can do this workout anywhere, even on vacation with just your bands.

Prepare to feel the burn and witness amazing results! I used 2x 10 kg & 2x 5 kg dumbbells for your reference! 💪🏻 Let's dive in together and get stronger every day!

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🙏🏼

It was a very good workout! I appreciate that you provided this banded options- next time I do this workout I will use a band 🤗 I also appreciate that the sound, when a hint appears on the screen, is different from the main signal that notifies you about starting or finishing the exercise, so it is not distracting, but gently suggests that maybe we should look at the screen. Also a big plus that there is information which dumbbells you currently use. Small details, but they really matter 🤗🤗
