Join me for a 30 minute UPPER BODY WORKOUT to target your arms, abs, chest and back. Today I'll be using two sets of dumbbells. One medium set (two 10 LB dumbbells) and one heavier set (two 15 LB dumbbells). If you only have one set of dumbbells at home, no worries, you'll still get an amazing workout in. I'll also be using a bench, but you could use a sturdy chair or coffee table instead. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. Warm up and cool down are included. EQUIPMENT:
- Mat (optional)
- Medium set of dumbbells (two 10 LB weights)
- Heavier set of dumbbells (two 15 LB weights)
- Bench (Or chair)

I absolutely love your videos and how you help people get healthier. I started doing your videos 6 months ago with carb cycling and I have lost 40 pounds and 12 inches from my waist alone. I admit I was frustrated with you sometimes in the beginning, but In reality I was mad at myself for letting myself get in the situation I was in. Thank you so much for doing what you do everyday. I’m 64 and I’ve noticed I’m not as strong as I used to be. My doctor has advised me to start resistance training. I have watched several of your videos and you make it look easy. Hopefully I will be able to complete one upper body and one lower body workout each week. My goal is strength training on Tuesday and Thursday. Swimming laps on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
