Join in for a 30 minute UPPER BODY WORKOUT with warm up and cool down included. Today I'll be using two 10 LB dumbbells. Make sure to choose the weights that suit you best to get the most out of your workout today. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest during the workout. Warm up and cool down intervals will be varied with 20-40 seconds per move. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

I loved the intensity of some of the music in this work out. I would also love to see work outs with a large group of exercises (10-15) that are done once through and then repeated to allow us to perfect each move and/or increase the weight.

Really liked it. I’m not new to weights and found this to be refreshing in its pace and intensity. I wanted something within 30 minutes, the no-repeats was nice, and easy on my nervous system. A workout I can get done right away in the morning without taxing my energy levels. Thank you!

Loved it, the difficulty level was just right for me. Upper body training is my least favorite (especially triceps and chest) but it's important for a balanced workout routine and healthy body. I love the non-repeat style and can see that throughout the 30-minute workout, we hit the same muscles several times, which is exactly what's needed. Appreciate creative and functional workouts, thanks!

I really love the variety of the exercises for arms all within one workout. I do find it more challenging when I can easily use 10 lb weights for biceps and certain other muscles and then when we get to lateral raises and triceps I have to use 5 or 8 lbs. I find I have to pause the work out and separate the movements into two different sets so I can use different weights.

This was one of my favorites so far! I love everything about it...the length of time, warmup/cooldown, variety of movements, different planes of movement. Perfect difficulty level and options to modify or change weight if needed. I did need to drop down to lower weight a few times, but that is ok because I can work up to full weight in the future :). Thank you so much for these amazing workouts!
