☀️ DAY 4 KILLER HIIT CHALLENGE = UPPER BODY BURNER! A 30 minute no-repeat workout to strengthen your arms, shoulders, back and chest. The goal is to feel the GOOD BURN 🔥 Let's do it team!

▸ Muscles Worked: Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders, Back & Chest
▸ Time: 30 Min
▸ Equipment: No Equipment

▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

1. Warm Up 0:00 - 04:40
2. Workout 04:40 - 29:38
3. Cool Down 29:38 - 34:32

I don't know what happened today: the heat, I was tired, it's Tuesday or whatever but it seemed to me this is one of the hardest upper body workout I have done with you!!! My arms, wrists, shoulders on fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Feeling the pump! Amazing video. I always wanted to have my own swimming pool.. quite nice to see that I suddenly had one after the workout (on my Mat 😇) Loving this challenge week!!!!

I liked it!
Although I did a 20 min break in the middle (I had a mental breakdown), I feel good. Not as intense as weights though.

I feel like I am always late to the comment party cause I am in US on the West Coast, so by the time I post, everyone else already worked out. But I wanted to say that I hate upper body work outs even more than leg days. This one was GREAT! I certainly felt the intensity and the exercises were easy to follow. THANK YOU, ANNA!

This was great! Since my arms are the weakest, I was afraid this would be impossible to do, but it was actually fun:) I had trouble with coordination on the exercise at 10:50, guess I need more practice:/
