This gentle 10-minute indoor walk will help improve your cardiovascular health, strength, and coordination. The exercises will get your heart rate up and work out your legs, glutes, core and upper body. Perfect for seniors and beginner exercisers. No gym equipment needed.

Join my 80-year-old mom and me on our walk as we say yes to the next steps to good health. Go at your own pace and have some water handy. Please warm up before doing this workout.

Marching or walking in place is the foundation for the workout.

Thank you so much for these videos. I love how the two of you interact. I'm 75 and I usually do a warm up, 10 or 15 minute video and a cool down. It's fun to do the videos with you and I can feel the difference the exercise is making.

Thank you so much for these lovely, short videos! I'm 30 and have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and these are the only workout videos I can handle that don't put me in bed for a couple days. On the good days I can keep up with April, and on the not-so-great days my goal is to keep up with Aiko. I also really appreciate that you frequently remind your viewers that it's ok to rest or dial it down (rather than the "push through it!" message in mainstream workouts). Thanks for helping me keep moving!

P.S. I'm still waiting for the video when Aiko actually makes it to the hotdog stand. ;)

Another great, quick classic workout for a busy morning! Hard to believe I'd never done this one before, but at any rate, I apparently hadn't commented on it before, so that makes it sort of new for me.😉 I first warmed up with your 5-minute core strength workout (with pillows), which was at least sort of new to me too. A satisfying way to get myself energized and ready for my busy day! (Feb, 7, 2024)

I have been doing your fun workouts since March and let me tell look and feel like a different person. Toned and fit! My friends have said "wow! you've lost weight! It's all thanks to you guys. The only reason I have stuck with it is due to your warm personalities and the way these exercises are designed to be low impact yet highly effective. Bravo.

Thanks! I was going to walk in the driveway after dinner. but a buck was peacefully grazing and I thought I'd give him his privacy and do this video instead. All the arm movements really get the heart going! Thanks to you and your mom for a nice walk!

I just want to say that I love your workouts. I have been doing the 10 minute workouts for seniors. I have been doing them for about 1 1/2 months. I have back trouble and bad knees also, and the 10 minute workouts are just right for me. I put on pandora once a day (usually in the morning) and dance to your workout moves and do your workout in the late afternoon or early evening. I am so thankful for you two. I have never been an exerciser, more of a couch potato, and now I work out and move all the time. Thank you.
