Incredibly challenging workout! I did struggle through a bit because I did not know what exercise was coming next and often had to watch the next move for a few seconds, then rewind, before mirroring the move. Excellent layout - and thank you for the active recovery moments!

Hi your abs are so motivational. Been doing your workouts for about a month now. I can really tell the difference. My stomach is flat and Im starting to see some definition...then I eat. Lol Im working on a healthier diet🍊🍋🍉🍈
