This yoga class has a bit of everything! Hip openers, twists, inversions, arm balances, and more.

Hey everyone, this week's class is a 30 minute intermediate to advanced vinyasa flow yoga class. This practice has a little bit of everything, I tried to fit as much as I could into this sequence. We'll do some twists, inversions, hip openers, balancing poses, backbends, reclined poses, arm balances and more.

This is a well-rounded class that will challenge you and hopefully make you feel really good by the end of it. No props are needed, let me know how it goes! You can practice this at any time of the day.

great class, tried to do the advanced poses and almost managed to do them, this showed me how much core strength im missing. i would really like if you could do a whole series on developing core strength. i love you classes!!! every day we meet! for 10 or 20 or 30 minutes. i love it when i get to do a whole hour with you.

You inspired me not only to do yoga every day during the pandemic, but also to help a stray pregnant kitty in my neighborhood. Got her to a rescue last night so she can have her babies in peace, and she already has a pending adoption for when she is finished nursing them. Thanks for inspiring positive change!

Love it when I decide not to do a complex pose and just do my own thing instead, really feels like I'm customising for myself and also giving myself something to work towards into he future! Loved it, thanks!

Thank you Kassandra! Great video! Would love to see a video explaining how to crack the advanced poses (like the ones in this video, head stand, hand stand, etc..) I practise just at home and just with your videos and find it hard to even attempt doing advanced poses. Best regards, Kristina

As someone who has recently gotten comfortable and confident with headstands, I was extremely excited when she moved into that pose! Made my day! More flows like this please!!

I really prefer it when you talk while you teach. Outside of that, this was a fantastic class, so well rounded and well balanced (that's a pun). I really needed something to attend to my core as a medical procedure I experienced yesterday has left my tummy zone very uncomfortable. This class has helped a lot!

This was one of my favourites so far! Challenging, fun, well rounded. I really enjoyed trying new poses. Love it!

Thank you!!! This was the most fun, playful practice I have had in a while. JUST what I need. Strong, stretchy, and creative - yet still intuitive - sequencing. Feels so good. Love, love, LOVE this. Namaste. No preference on the audio, both work for me. Good luck with the kittens.

amazing new class. I prefer you keep headstand and arm balancing for classes labeled “advanced”, but otherwise perfect flow. Half pigeon, side plank, great core work, all the sweet spots and creative and fun!

Hi Kassandra! Thank you for the new class. I prefer when you talk as you teach. I do not like the voice over classes. Thank you for your lovely presence and classes. It's already a few months now since I practice with you everyday. You are such a blessing. I really enjoy your vinyasa 30 - 60 min classes, the Vin to Yin and the minimum cues ones. Love you!!

freaking love this. challenging yourself in the morning puts you in such a good mental state. it seems like without having to talk you were better able to focus on the yoga but you're a beast and do fine either way xD so voice over or talking live are both equally effective. namaste

This is by far the most diverse yoga practice ive ever done here. My energy levels stay constantly high the whole day and night as long as i rest after the practice and eat well through the day. Amazing!!!
