I've gone from finding this flow intensely difficult to it being my rest day comfort. Thank you for being there for my fitness journey, there aren't any flows I've repeated like this one.

Loved this flow more than anything for the past 3 years but interrupting it with ads in is probably the least Yoga something can get… can’t have anything nice in this capitalist society

It was definitely a little advanced for me, but the nature of the video meant I just laughed through the bits I couldn't do and carried on with the parts I could :)

I really liked that this had a good amount of energy and was also challenging! Some yoga I find too slow paced for my preferences but this video strikes a really good balance between strength and flexibility without spending “too” long in each pose (for me)! Would definitely recommend!

Struggled with covid symptoms for 10 days and did just did this flow hoping to gain some energy and strength, and I’m so glad i did. Felt a little out of breath at certain points, which is expected, but I feel less fatigued, I can breathe a little better, and I feel almost as if the covid brain fog is clearing up a little 🙏🏻

WONDERFUL class and WONDERFUL cues! Have never been able to make it through a youtube class without nit picking or moving on to my own but i started this flow all of a sudden we were in savasana! Thank you! 🙏

I've done so many classes by Alo Yoga, many with Briohny as well but this is by far the best one I've done. I absolutely loved this flow, very well balanced, challenging yet felt wonderful on the body. Time just flew by. I feel energized for my day. Briohny is one of the best yoga teachers I've come across, great for all levels. With the help of Alo Yoga YT classes, I've moved from a beginner to an intermediate Yogi. Thank you so much. 🙏🏼❤️

This video continues to be my absolute favorite shorter (30-minute) sequence for feeling stretched and refreshed. The flow is not too easy, yet not so taxing that I second guess my motivation to do it beforehand. Thank you.

This is truly an energizing flow. Yesterday I came to my mat feeling completely blah and tired, after practice I had a wonderful day and felt so much energy the entire day.
