I appreciate how this is a faster paced practice without being labeled as "weight loss" or "calorie burning"

I highly recommend this yoga sequence, which ended up being a tremendous help to this aging athlete. I am now 53 years old. Since the beginning of the pandemic three years ago, I have practiced this routine every morning, 7 days a week, now more than 1, 000 times. When I began I was dealing with age-related aches and mobility issues that were becoming a serious problem. Over the first two years of practice, most of them faded away, and now I am free of chronic pain. Last summer I was able to finish a grueling 3-week, 360-mile wilderness kayak expedition that involved many portages of heavy equipment through difficult terrain. Unless I find a sequence that is even more effective and appropriate, I intend to keep it a permanent part of my day. Thanks Erin!

Finally a vinyasa class on youtube without explaining every little move. Definitely make more of these videos. Fast paced and fun . It's about time!

This is one of the best 30 minute vigorous vinyasa practices out there. I will alternate between this one, Erin’s 45 minute vigorous flow and David Swenson ashtanga. And feel great afterwards knowing I’ve done it, can go on w my day with confidence.

I have a hard time finding a yoga instructor that I really enjoy across all of their routines. I am so happy to have found Erin Sampson. Some days I just don't want to hold any poses. I just want to move. Most videos are around 30 minutes and vinyasa flows. There are so many to choose from. I love how she gets right to the point. Thank Erin for sharing yourself with us. I am so excited to cycle through these routines. I was getting really bored of the same ones I was doing. Thank you!

I LOVE this class. I've probably done it at least 40 times. As others have mentioned, I also have a hard time focusing but the quick pace doesn't leave much time for my mind to wander. It's also the perfect balance of time length to workout intensity.
