Really interesting flow. Thankyou again, Tim. The wind chimes were an added element of calm..which is why yoga from home is an absolute pleasure with you …every sequence has a little extra surprise up its sleeve!

Nice strong practice - great way to start the day. One thing that I have never done before (which I really liked was the wide legged forward fold twist, which one arm to the chest - I've always done it with one arm to the floor, but this variation was really nice. Also that balance work, at 6am my balance was slightly dodgy, but I stayed up for most of it! Thanks for another great practice, Tim 🙂

Thanks Tim, I'm camping in a very wet and windy wood in Hampshire (England), it's dark and I was feeling a bit down but this routine has cheered and warmed me up.
