30 Minute Vinyasa Yoga Flow | Full Body Practice

This is a 30 minute full body vinyasa flow. The class starts with a standing warm-up and sun salutation before moving into the main sequence where each pose will be held for 1-3 breaths. The cool down consists of seated twists, hip openers and supine stretches.

Haven’t done yoga in years…the mindset to do it slipped away as real life came into play after college. But I found your vid and began crying through while I was doing the poses. Not sure why but having all the tension and weakness start to leave my body felt like a cleansing moment. Thank you for this! I’ll have to keep doing it every morning to stay on track

Thank you!! It’s so difficult to find a yoga flow on YouTube that’s a good workout but at the same time doesn’t have some obnoxious music or vibes that make it feel like a HIIT exercise class. You still have the mindful elements and slowness that is important for me to maintain in my practice. 10/10 awesome flow!!
