Usually nothing wrong with fasting, im not saying starve, im just saying we really eat a lot more than what we actually need, thats why it stays on as bodyfat, ive also eaten as little as 1000 calories for multiple days in a row and still went to work and just lost weight, this is not a good way but sometimes... just do it, ALSO I don't lose arm size while cutting because i stimulate them and still eat around 100+g protein, just enjoy the process

Honestly I dont believe you can lose belly fat fast. It a long process. Last year I lost 30 lbs and still had a lot of it on belly area. It just didnt want to go away until I put 100% of my focus on eating clean. I got myself personalized meal plan from Next Level Diet and after a 15 days I started seeing progress considering my belly fat.
