My goodness that was a total ab burner after I’d done another 10 min truly intense ab burner the day before! I seriously felt that my upper abs were tearing! But I got through this one with several second breaks when I felt abs were tearing. Might have overdone serious ab work lately! Thanks for this one. I’m giving my abs a couple of days off now. ❤❤❤

I felt like adding a bit of movement into my vacation day but was not really motivated. Proud to say I just completed this banger in my hotel room, on my beach towel and in my bikini.

It's too tough to do but I felt like is that over? That's it?.. after the workout I don't feel any stress but during the workout I literally felt the burn.. that was amazing.. thankyouuuu so much.. it's hard to do but challenging and I'm enjoying it
