Ok guys get ready to feel the burn!! Today's killer ab workout includes 10 different ab exercises. A little different format today - I'm going to have you perform each exercise 3 times before moving to the next! That core is going to be on fire by round three!! Work at your own pace and of course, take rests whenever needed. Six pack here we come!

Workout Breakdown: 10 ab exercises 45s work + 15s rest x3 straight rounds
Equipment Needed: dumbbells, stability ball + exercise mat or other soft surface.

This is the best abs workout out there, i swear, i have tried sooo many abs workout, but this one’s killing it. You can see your abs standing not even completing the workout till the end. Loveeee this channel. You should’ve had more subscribers

Half way though this and it played "get me out of here" ... very apt. But finished it and feel great now! I think routines like this are very important during these times. Can't hear those thoughts when your abs are on fire! Thanks, thanks thanks...

I felt the pain so sharp and intense until I didn't feel a thing. Killer workout!!! please do another one 12 weeks or something like that I got my body exactly as I wanted to be and I can't love myself more!! The exercise with you, for me is like stress relief!! It's noon now I have a ton of work to do today but I started the day positively !! Thanks to you!!
