Thank you for this workout. I've been starting to feel sick just due to lack of physical activity, and have been trying to take better care of myself but I dont have access to a gym or equipment. The side planks were really hard, but I know I can work up to them. I have subscribed due to this being such a good video! Thank you, Anna!

That forearm side plank crunches was the hardest after doing those 2 forearm side plank poses. Thank you for this workout! I haven't done a focused ab strength workout in a long time.

I usually prefer a screenshot of an exercise because of the ease and time compared to someone trying to walk me through it; however, the way you put these together and narrate the workouts is amazing!! Def subscribing

I really loved this workout! Very challenging but I love that it was focused on the abs and back. I couldn’t do all the exercises but I hope that I’ll be able to the more I do it! Thanks Anna 😊

Ich hätte nie gedacht ein Workout jemals als „schön“ zu bezeichnen. Aber hier trifft es einfach zu! Du schaffst eine Atmosphäre in der man sich mega wohl fühlt, entspannt und schwitzt gleichzeitig. Hammer!!! Danke!!!🙏🏼☀️🥰
