Strengthen your core and lower body with this 30 min intermediate vinyasa yoga class.

Hey yogis, I've got a fun and powerful class for you this week! This is an intermediate vinyasa flow yoga class that will focus primarily on your core and lower body. You can expect to strengthen your legs, glutes and abdominals. This is a great class to do first thing in the morning and it also includes some breathing exercises (pranayama).

Rest assured we won't neglect the other parts of your body! We will still get into the shoulders and hips for a yummy flow. Have some props close by.

I just discovered your classes and they are great. I stopped going to my studio in March but kept practicing with online classes.
Somehow it accept suits me BETTER because I am a experienced practitioner with an older body and some chronic injuries. Your classes are perfect for me, challenging when I crave a challenge but also chill.
Right now we ALL need a bit of chill.🙄
