Get ready to stretch, strengthen and find balance with this well-rounded 30 min vinyasa class.

Hey yogis, today's intermediate vinyasa flow class has a little bit of everything! From twists, hip openers, backbends, balance poses and core strength... you'll get a really well-rounded vinyasa yoga practice in just 30 minutes. This is a true intermediate practice with a few challenges thrown in to help you build strength and improve your balance. You'll also have the opportunity to get some good stretches as we work on shoulder, hip and hamstring flexibility.

I'm not using any props in this full body flow but you can always have some blocks close by if needed. Enjoy!

That was amazing and it kicked my ass! I'm (a yoga teacher) recovering from breast cancer and it was my first attempt at a real practice and what a great choice. I was laughing, falling, pausing the video to gather myself, but persevering because your poses are inventive and inspiring! Thank you for the challenge - and including the sivasana and the aum. Beautiful. I feel amazing. 💗 Ready to do a Kassandra practice a day again. 😘

Thank you. That was more do- able than I thought. I got humbled recently at one your amazing intermediate classes recently. I'm at a point where I am making an effort this year to stay mostly in her 30 min range. One year of ten and 15 min classes has given me incredible. Balance, all around strength and flexibility most men my age just accept. Thank you for changing my body, helping with my anger. Being the kindest, knowledgeable, loving, patient, beautiful teacher on all of YT..After a year hear I think I can speak for many. We love you and thank you for making this available to those of us who couldn't join you on this journey otherwise.

I feel like you've changed my life! No joke. I've tried yoga tonnes of times in the past but not got on with it. First day of lockdown I did one of your videos and I've not looked back.
