I started doing your Pilates classes 5-6 days a week in January. I attempted this class 2 weeks in and I could barely get halfway though the class before stopping. This morning I was able to do the entire class and I felt AMAZING the whole time. Your classes have changed my life COMPLETELY! I am happier in my body and mind than I have been in a long time, I’m so grateful for these classes and how wonderful of an instructor you are!

This was a really good workout, Isa. I started doing Pilates with your videos at the beginning of March. This was the longest Pilates workout I’ve done and I’m proud to say I finished the entire workout. MY BODY WAS SHAKING but I stayed focused on breathing and taking my time with the movements. I’m getting stronger. 💪🏾 THANK YOUUU!!

I’m getting into Pilates to help with chronic pain! I have a connective tissue disorder and it makes it really hard to exercise. I tend to get injured very easily and I’m really hoping to get strong so my body can support my joints.

This was a very good workout but challenging for me since I am 58 but I’m proud I almost did all of it. I will be coming back to work on it I hope 4 days a week. Thank you 🥰

i loved this length of class! Im a relative beginner so this was pretty challenging but in a fun way, i was really able to connect with. my body and learn and correct my technique
