So after six months of doing Pilates with Nicole not only have I got so much stronger, I’ve lost weight and now literally have that little pocket of air between my waist and the flood when laying on my side! At 56 years old that just made my day! Thanks Nicole ❤

I love when you do the classes "live". When you do the instructions separately, and say things like, "I was tired at this point", I'm thinking to myself: "Yeah, right! No ways she was feeling tired". When you were short of breath in this video, it made me feel strong and not like some fat old weakling. It's super-inspiring to have you sweating with us as you do the workouts.

Never has a 45-minute class gone by so quickly! I LOVED this series, such a good combo of exercises. I love how you get creative with your poses without making anything too difficult (in terms of proper alignment). Definitely had to take a few extra breathers throughout the class, so much harder than it looks!

I've been doing these workouts from the very first week of January and this is the first time i've been able to do (almost) all the push ups series! I'm so happy and proud of myself!! 💪🏼 Thank you so much Nicole for being the best pilates teacher EVER!

When you said you were out of breathe i was like “me too bestie 😵‍💫” but i LOVED every second of it! It felt so rewarding even when the pain was real. Please share with us more workouts with this format and thank you again for this lovely class!

You are the most careful and professional pilates teacher on youtube 🧡 I had a injury in my back and started going to physiotherapy and a traumatologist. Both recommended my only pilates and walking and due to financial matters and time, I decided to take the risk and search for videos on youtube (because I was gaining a lot of fat and weight only by walking ): and felt very very weak) and I found you, and people need to know that you make the same postural corrections as my physiotherapist and that's amazing, also, my strength and mobility have improved a lot since I make your routines. Update: Just did this, loved it! Adding to my playlist of my favorite workouts. I love when you film them with you talking during the actual workout! Even if you get out of breath, it makes me feel better for how out of breath I am 🤣 you don't make the ugly faces I make at least!

Soooo good! Went by so quickly. I did this with weights instead of a band as I wanted to use it on my legs to really burn out my glutes. I also didn't hear you say switch legs in the lunge series so I did the whole thing on one leg! Had to go back and re-do for the other side but woooow the burn was so real. Love your work, thank you so much!
