The goal of our collaboration with the Van Gogh Museum on yoga mats and blankets is to encourage an open dialogue around the subject of mental health, but also to provide tools for coping. Meditation, breathing techniques, and yoga can help support a healthier mind and body connection.

About the teacher: Desi Bartlett M.S., CPT E-RYT, has been teaching health and wellness for over 25 years. Her innovative approach to teaching is to tap into one’s inner joy and let movement be an outer expression of that state. Desi is passionate about communicating her message of the joy of movement with people all over the world.
