Washing the dishes is immediately what came to mind when you talked about mundane tasks. I play music loud when I clean and I’m all over the place when it’s not playing I can stay in one room at a time but I love my music..

Thank you for being specific about mindfulness. I hear people say it all the time but not always HOW to do it in context of tasks or focus. It felt like a nebulous concept. I really appreciate this.

I'm so happy that my therapist suggested mindullness and meditation practice to me. I think it has helped me stay rooted in the present moment and increased my happiness while decreasing my anxiety.

Idk what happened to me . Just 3 months ago I was ok somewhat I feel like I lost my mind . I mean I don't feel like that so much anymore but it started because I was ocd thoughts

Tip for dish washing : put on pour favorite show with wireless 🎧 or dedicate one show to the dish washing! I do the latter, I chose Scrubs, this way it's a little habit and it sounds way less boring
