Wake up energized with this 30 min morning vinyasa yoga class for hip flexibility.

Good morning everyone, let's get our bodies moving with this 30 minute Vinyasa Flow class perfect to do first thing in the morning. It will help you open up your hips and hamstrings, stretch the side body and build up a little bit of strength to give you energy for the day ahead. We will do poses like cat and cow, low lunge, archer arms, puppy, chair, temple and triangle pose!

I haven't done this one in a long time, but returning to it this morning made me realize that I've done it so much in the past my body almost knows it by heart. Sometimes I find it a bit difficult to follow your flow videos, because thay are too fast and I end up getting interrupted rewinding the video a lot, but this one has the perfect flow and targets some really good spots. It would be great if you would do some more morning yoga videos that are 20-30 minutes long.

Hi Kassandra I have been following you for years now and it is great to see how many people you have reached with your great classes! Personally I do 10 min every mornings but in the weekend I can do longer classes like this one which I love!
Can you pls consider to do a new morning class similar to this one? For openness and flexibility?♥️ Thank you! 🙏🏻

What a great challenging class. I see you’ve been an excellent yoga instructor for quite a while. I started following you this year (Feb 2022) and enjoy your classes almost every morning. In this class, we went into a few unusual and difficult poses that I haven’t seen in your later videos. Maybe you could bring them back. Thanks so much, Namaste teacher.

Thank you Kassandra for posting this video. It really helped stretch out the hips. The hips have been a problem for a long time.
