Welcome to our 1,500 Steps Indoor Walking Workout

This fast-walking workout is designed to get your heart rate up, burn some fat, and help you achieve your daily step goal. This workout is for beginners and designed to be fun… simply march (aka walk) in your own home. My goal is to keep your feet moving and help you elevate your heart rate while burning calories.

If you enjoy this workout, we have many more beginner workouts on Get Healthy U TV. If you are more advanced in your fitness level, we have serious HIIT, kickboxing, barre and strength workouts for those of you looking for a big challenge.

Seriously so happy to see this!! I'm a 45yr olld perimenpausal girl and always been a runner but realizing quickly that's not the best road to health, less body stress =healthier body!! Thank you 🥰🥰

I am 74 years old (old picture ;-) ) with bum knees and had rotator cuff surgery one year ago this month. I have tried other indoor walking workouts and always come back to this one because I can easily follow it from Chris' directions and it doesn't stress my knees or shoulder too much. Wish you had some more of these for a bit longer distances. Thanks!

Gosh I love her! I’ve lost 70 pounds, twice in the past 6 years, from her workouts!! Still have some of them saved in my current rotation 😅🤩

Hi Chris I am a 50 year old woman with diabetes and I rebound because of circulation and March occassionally. I have very stiff joints and hip flexors. It is 6 am now, I hope to get a little more sleep, and if my Lord Jesus allows I hope to try this workout by 9am
