1000 Steps in 8 Minutes | Fast Walking Workout with Improved Health 💗

Today we are going to accomplish 1000 fast steps in 8 minutes. Please warm up first for 5 minutes prior to starting this workout. I created this workout for those of you who would want to get in a quick, effective workout OR add this on to another workout. If you're adding it on, you are already warmed up and ready to do this one. Finish with a proper 5 minute cool-down to get your heart rate back down and then please take some time to stretch.

I looked at a bunch of 1000 step workouts and this is the best. Low impact no jumping, running or knee lifts just good music no excessive talking and easy to do. Brava! Subscribed.

So, from the title, we weren’t sure if we could keep up, but we thought we’d give it a try, since it was kind of short. We made it! We also did the 7 minute toned arm video. Not bad for our evening workout!

Added this on to the 2 strength ones I did from March That was great tunes Jules in this one. The 2 strength ones I did were from last week of the course. Ouch planks and press ups. I still shake doing plank lol. That's me done for today. Have a good one.... Over here in Scotland it's milder weather today.. Bonus xxx

I love this one!! ❤️ Just did it after a weight lifting session, and it's such a great energy boost! I really like the way you alternate walking in-between the moves. And that song at the end is a perfect way to finish it off; it makes you want to move! 🔥💪🏾

Hello Jules: just discovered this short video and it's great! I try to exercise in short segments throughout the day and then do a longer one on my lunch break. This is perfect as it's only 8 minutes. I really feel much better being active throughout the day, even though I have "desk job" I can still stay fit!
