Thank you so much for the 7 minute workouts! It's so cold and grey where I live and the daylight hours are so short that I have zero motivation and energy to make myself do my typical 45 minute workouts. But I can muster enough energy to make myself commit to 7 minutes! Yay! At least I'm doing something!

I love this workout with the timer. I do it 3 times in a row and the time flys. I’m 69 years young so I don’t do all of it at your speed but I’m getting there😉. Thank you for making this video
