beginner dancer so i’m feeling a lot of typical discomfort especially in the part two stretches but your voice is so relaxing for me, , it helps me through it 😭😭

I've been dancing my whole life and have never done some of these stretches. So grateful for the new instruction and I genuinely felt challenged to open up muscles and balance at the same time.

Lolz So All I saw was "Full Body Stretch Routine"... totally didn't peep "For Dancers". But, yo. I stayed through it, did what I can, and loved the challenge! Beautifully done! 💖💖

This is one of the best stretch classes I’ve ever taken! I have dance class 4 days a week, and this is so good for conditioning!

Holy crap! This was amazing! I was just looking for a basic full body stretch video and clicked on this because the thumbnail was pretty.
This was so amazing! Your voice was so kind, the explanations of the stretch was so informative, the pictures were helpful and instructions were clear.
The biggest reason I'm so happy is that I've never been able to do the half straddle while leaning over and I was somehow able to do it after those other hip stretches. Thank you so much for sharing this video!

Loved this - I just started pole fitness, feeling the stiffness of sore muscles and a lack of flexibility. I love that since it’s 15 minutes I can do this basically daily. Already feeling a huge improvement!

I'm nowhere near a dancer and this was a terror to do 😭😭 but once I was done I felt great and accomplished. This is a fantastic video, I'm glad I clicked this and can't wait to improve!😁
