I just finished a two week strength summer challenge and I'm so happy to be back. There is so much noise in this world. I appreciate that you only smile and give us exercises to the beautiful music you've perfectly selected. Yelling or constant talk doesn't motivate me. Doing motivates me. I've actually never made it through any 30min workout before, I always stop at 20min because my stamina is really bad haha, but today I made it all the way through with this workout !! Thank you so much for making this great exercise ! For the first time I actually feel good about myself 😊

Okay I am SO impressed with your Just finding your channel and I’m one week in of doing them daily, THANK YOU!!!! I am 8 months postpartum and these are the absolute best. I seriously love that you have it all put together seamlessly to follow as well as the music already there, I loooove it.
