This is your new workout bestie! Any time you need a quick pump, or you're short on time, this workout is your go to. We don't have any jumping so you can do this anytime, anywhere. Play this when you travel, before you hit the pool or beach, or while youre on a vacation and want to move without going to a gym. This workout is perfect for all fitness levels, so grab a mat or a towel and let's crush it!

This workout has no warm up and we will get right into the exercises. We will work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds and complete two rounds of a superset before moving on to two new exercises.

Exercises:
Inchworms 
Glute Bridge with pull over
Push Up and Left leg kickback 
Push Up and Left leg kickback 
Squat to calf raise 2-2-2
Squat Side to Side
Shoulder tap push ups 
Leg raise
2 Split Squats and Lat Lunge
2 Split Squats and Lat Lunge
Team Burpee to finish!

Thank you Sydney for being the example of how to “Balance” life. For years you have given us daily workout videos 5-6 times a week. I get excited when you take a break from that schedule and refresh your mind and body. Downtime is needed in order for us all to be our best. Sydney you gave me exactly what I needed! Due to very high temparatures here in Greece for many days my energy was low. Despite that I kept working out with you but today I felt i couldn't, I had no energy. Suddenly a notification came with your workout video which was like you did for me! 20 minutes in and out! My 2yo isn't feeling himself today so i wanted to get a quick workout in before he woke up and was pleasantly surprised to find this new upload. Also just when I got in to the squat circuit, he woke up and wanted to be held so I carried him and he fell back asleep in my arms while I completed that circuit. Bonus resistance for me and I managed to get in some movement. Yay! 😅✌️✨️ thank you Sydney ❤🎉

Sydney. This is the ultimate. I have done this workout in the following ways:
1) on its own (no excuses when I'm tired... EVERYONE can find 20 minutes)
2) with bands and 1lb wrist and ankle weights and I got my sweat on.
3) a pre-workout to one of your 30 minute strength training workouts
4) and I haven't used it as a "away from home travel workout" but I definitely will!

PLEASE more workouts like this! So versatile and empowering :) Thank you!
