This is your new workout bestie! Any time you need a quick pump, or you're short on time, this workout is your go to. We don't have any jumping so you can do this anytime, anywhere. Play this when you travel, before you hit the pool or beach, or while youre on a vacation and want to move without going to a gym. This workout is perfect for all fitness levels, so grab a mat or a towel and let's crush it!

This workout has no warm up and we will get right into the exercises. We will work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds and complete two rounds of a superset before moving on to two new exercises.

Inchworms
Glute Bridge with pull over
Push Up and Left leg kickback
Push Up and Left leg kickback
Squat to calf raise 2-2-2
Squat Side to Side
Shoulder tap push ups
Leg raise
2 Split Squats and Lat Lunge
2 Split Squats and Lat Lunge
Team Burpee to finish!
