I was in the hospital last night. Worried there was something severely wrong with me. After blood tests and xrays it turns out it's just anxiety. I know sometimes it can be really hard. You may feel weak. Like you don't have the strength to go on. I'm here to tell you that you can do this. Go for a walk. Make sure you're eating healthy. Follow these meditations. As with all things, it takes time. It's hard I know, because when you feel like this weeks can feel like months. There's always better days ahead, but it starts with you. Focus on yourself. Learn to let go of the past and be good. You will feel better I promise. I love you❤

I am a healthcare worker and had a poor encounter with a patient this morning. I have been highly stressed this week and this created some anxiety. I decided to pray and meditate in the hospital sanctuary. This video was extremely helpful and calmed me down. Thank you.

This was so peaceful it made me cry but I didn’t want it to end. I’ve never really believed in meditation and I’m going through something in my life and this is allowing me to believe in the power of meditation thank you. It blew my mind, realizing the reason why I feel calm, when being in a state of grief is not bc “that’s just life” but because I CREATED the calm and peace within hard times.

This is really the first time I am grasping the idea in practice when you create the way of live.

This video has had a huge place in my recovery after a severe car accident. It has and is a really good way to push your self I found doing them whilst doing my exercises throughout rehab and honestly give me so much positive mental energy to push myself!! Really works and I have never tried mediation or affirmations before. I would highly recommend it. Made a big difference to me in my recovery and thanks to whoever made it!! I still after 5 months of recovery listen to this every morning to start my morning!!

I've been trying to work on my self talk, so that I can model a better way to treat yourself for my kiddo. Decided I could do with some outside aid, so I searched up this video.
I got about 5 or 6 affirmations in, and broke down in tears. Not sure what that means, but I hope it means I'm finally taking the right steps for my mental health, even if I have a long way to go.
