I was just sitting in my college dorm. Saw the sunset out my window and wanted to meditate on it. This is the first one that caught my eye. In this I didn’t close my eyes I just watched the sunset. This meditation made me so emotional. I didn’t think I’d live to see this day. But I did. All the bad days. They were worth it because SO MANY things in life. Are worth it. And I just sobbed happy tears for 15 minutes. It was so therapeutic. And wonderful. And I just. Thank you. Thank you so much.

I've been meditating for the past couple of days with these videos and I feel way lighter, letting go of all the negativity I tend to hold on it's been so freeing for me. I was born and raised a Christian and these type of practices were often demonized but now I realized it's just taking a moment to appreciate your body, your mind and nurture it with love, thank you Aileen ❤️

This was my first time meditating, I honestly cried from how relaxed and at peace I was. I also didn’t know meditation felt the way, it was a whole new experience, I’m so glad I came here.

The calm voice, the pacing... I don't typically meditate with music but this is definitely a soothing experience!

To make bad feelings and thoughts go away, i think “I give permission to my anxiety to drop away” and it works so well. Does anyone else do this?

Towards the end of this meditation, the image of me walking into darkness came up. I was a bit scared but I kept going. I found myself as a child, in a fetal position crying. I told her everything was going to be okay and I gave her a big hug. Everything around me then got brighter. My inner child needed this today. Thank you. 🙏🏽❤

That RELAX YOUR HEART really hit me hard ..i don’t know how tears were falling the whole meditation..but real fresh after it ends
