My baby is now 1 years old and i have a huge over hang belly from c section. I thought it would go away but it hasn't. I have no body confidence infact i didn't have any to start with. Someone at work asked if i was pregnant today and i just wanted to burst into tears. I dont have a clue where to start, im back at work and by the time im home im absoloutey shattered. I dont want to restrict my baby from enjoying life but i also cant bare the thought of going swimming, wearing summer clothes etc. Its really affecting my mental health and doesn't help when an ex partner is calling me fat all the time plus everyone stares at my belly, What's the best excersise routine for a complete beginner, do you have any tips, I've never felt so down. My daughter is what makes me smile and forget everything ❤ thankyou so much.

I used to do your workout videos all the time, then I had a couple of major medical issues hit me simultaneously 😢 I’ve put on 30 lbs but I know i can do this because I absolutely LOVE these videos they are SO FUN! also, I was going to say I’ve been adding in my rebounder and modifying some of them and it’s even more fun!

You’ve helped me lose 4 pounds so far!! I had a miscarriage last June and ended my adhd medicine after having it for close to 13 years. I gained so much weight and was so down on myself. Just did the 80s, 90s and tik tok work outs and hoping i can keep up...im so uncoordinated but found them easier to follow! Think im going to feel the 3 work outs in the morning!

I’m trying to loose my lower belly fat and lift my butt back up and I also have some back fat. I have been doing your videos for 2 months but I feel I don’t know if I’m doing it correctly. Like which videos do I do? what days do I rest! I’m willing to put the work in just wish I had a workout plan that I knew would guarantee weight loss and tone my body back up again!!!
