Currently struggling with “I feel like doing something fun” and my brain that commands me to do hard workouts because otherwise I won’t get thinner 😢 Just finished this workout and I feel like a new person. Thank you Jo ❤

I’m literally in tears writing this. The last few weeks were emotionally terrible for me. I had no energy to work out, last night I had a binge eating fest, and I’ve been ignoring my body which made me so guilty. Today I had one hour yoga class scheduled, and normally I love yoga, but didn’t feel like committing to something for one hour. So, I opened YouTube and searched her channel and found what I really really needed. This workout was so fun, stress relieving, doable, and sexy at the same time. Felt so good looking at myself in the mirror doing this. Love love love you Jo.

This might sound cheesy but I want to keep track of my progress. I'm 17 years old and currently 87.4kg or 192lbs. I just started today and I'll keep this updated weekly! Wish me luck!!! So I forgot to update this😭 but I am currently 78.7kg or 173.7lbs! I did this every week, taking every Sunday off, and I am on a calorie deficit. But this totally works!

Just wanted to share my story with Jo and the rest of the community. 2 years ago on my little girl’s 7th birthday we went to a theme park and the experience was dreadful. I spent the entire queue time in a state of dread and panic that I wouldn’t be able to fit on the rides and would have to do the walk of shame in front of the whole park. I actually did manage to squeeze myself into everything but I swear if I had been a lb or 2 heavier then it would have been a no go. Fast forward two years after doing Jo’s workouts religiously every other day and we have just returned from the same theme park for my daughter’s 9th birthday where I got asked for my number by the 20 something ride attendant! 😂 Apart from the inappropriateness of it lol I’m so happy with the change in my physical and mental health. I’ve lost 4 stones thanks to you Jo and I have never felt or looked better!❤❤❤❤❤❤

I have been doing her workouts twice everyday since earlier this month and this is the first time I've actually started enjoying and looking forward to working out.
I used to be a dancer in my school days but I haven't moved my body like this since ages. After discovering these amazing workout videos, I've just been hooked.
And everyday after I finish my workout, during recovery, I go through all the comments from all the lovely people under her videos talking about their progresses, their weight loss plans and the words of encouragement. Keeps me all the more motivated.

been doing her workouts everyday for a month not js this one mix it up ofc i was 102kg rougly 222 pounds wighed myself on the saturday of my first month and i wighed in 98kg, 216pounds im telling u working out and eating well will change u for the better ofc not stopping now but just wanted to say love yourself enough to change yourself it doesnt have to come from hatred

Let me tell you.. i had zero motivation to start this and it took me a while to actually get up and do it. Felt like quitting somewhere in the middle but pushed through. Hell yeah feeling good! I’m so excited. This is my 4th day in a row, I can’t believe I didn’t relent. As usual, I started with 136kg of weight, hoping to get to 120kg by December, and I know I can do it.
