This sounds perfect for me. Although I hate running or treadmills, because my esophageal hernia really complicates my breathing, I still love building my cardio up to the point where it takes me 15 minutes to even sweat. Running is the only way that regulates that minimum cardio resistance for me. Running 10 minutes before every HIIT helps me maintain some sort of cardio normalcy as opposed to my current lazy state.

I do this I just started last week and game changer I use 12lbs now and I do it for an hour 6x a week

Lord knows how much I hate the treadmill lol but it's so effective 💪🏼💜 Strangly I'd rather the elliptical but I think I'll get a treadmill next year
