Good morning, I was wandering if maybe u could do another 5 day challenge with arms, legs, belly, fullbody, and cardio hiit but have no jumping in the workouts. That would be so great!!!☺

I’m 72 and am gradually building up from one rep of the exercise, now up to two reps. Hopefully next week I’ll be able to do the full 23 minutes.
