(10days). Bonus tip : do some cardio for 10min and cut out rice slowly from your diet. Easy peasy. Anyways I'm gonna continue it

the exercises themselves do not burn fat specifically in the love handle area. they just strengthen the side abs making love handles look thiner and better. fat burns evenly through the body and not in the areas you workout. so you must have a caloric deficit to burn the fat regardless of the exercises you do .

I hope this will help me a bit to get rid that stubborn love handles. And before you guys start judging if I’m eating clean. I started with Next Level Diet two months ago and it’s working great but I just need to boost it up little more with this.

I ecspecially like that this workout didn’t stress my hip flexors, they tend to snap a lot during mainstream ab workouts and it becomes too uncomfortable for me to continue. Great workout

My hubby sent this to me yesterday . .. today was my 1st day and it felt good, seems manageable👍 in abt 3mins I started feeling the burn . . It was gradual yet comfortable!! Definitely suggest trying!!

Here's my journey with this exercise:
-Started on 1 August 2023. Did it at night and really felt the burn. I felt it as I slept and had to wake up for the bathroom twice.
-Again on 3 August, this time felt much less burn and slept normally.
-4 August, same thing; felt even less effort
-5 August started doing it twice a day. Let's see how this goes. At least I feel less lethargic after this.
-6 & 7 August twice a day. During the 15 sec breaks, I try to continue the last exercise for 10 seconds. the last 5 seconds only gives enough time to change positions anyway, lol.
I feel the burn while doing it, but hardly afterwards.
-8 August I only did once, as I was quite tired. Probably more due to work stress than the actual exercise.
-9 August skipped this day, as my stomach felt bad. Probably work stress.
So from the 1st 8 days of doing this, I haven't noticed any belly/handle loss. However that could be normal, as the weight/fat is reduced 1st in the back, then sides, then finally front belly, which is usually what we see ourselves.

-10 August Started again. Once a day.
I noticed my work stress reduced, but this brought back the queezy feeling in my stomach. I guess that means it's working?

Some more exercise details/adaptations:
The 1st exercise V Sit Cross Punches was getting easier, so I'm trying harder to twist more.
2nd Standing air Bike seemed a bit slow. I'm making more effort for my knee to actually touch my elbow. Was hard 10 days ago, now I contact 75% of them.
3rd Bent Leg Wipers; I try not to push off with my arms, but make my abs do the work. And it's an effort to land the legs gently, not crash down.
4th Side Bends, this seemed a bit slow. So I'm trying not to use my hands to balance my way down, but let the abs do it. And no jerking moves, try to decelerate and pull back up with the abs.
For the pulling up part, don't effort too much for back strain, use your arms to support if you have to.
5th Twisting Taps, this also try harder to twist more.

-11 August -LOVE HANDLES UPDATE
Silly me, I didn't measure my stomach at 1st. But I did wear a swimming shirt that was rather tight 8 days ago. I tried it again now and it's definitely less tight, so I have lost some waist! Probably the back of the love handles.

SO THIS EXERCISE SEEMS TO WORK!

For reference, I measured my belly now, at 44 inches. Lets see in another week.

-11, 12, 13 August Only managed to do this once a day. Best time I find is morning 1st thing and night on mostly an empty stomach.
-14 Aug, did this twice in the day. 15 none at all, had guests over, lol.
-Overall I was pretty negligent this week. I didn't manage my time properly so missed several days.
Honestly, 5 minutes in the morning should not be so difficult to find.
-19 Aug started again in the morning. Should try to get a 2nd exercise tonight.
-20, 21 Aug only got once per day.

-BIG Update:
25 Aug. So I only did the exercise once per day recently. At this point I'll say I've done it about 21 days in the last 25 days. Here's some observations:
The 1st exercise gives me way lesser burn than it did earlier (day 1 was a real Burn!) #2 is the biggest challenge now, as I'm trying to get 100% elbow contact. #5 is effortless, I feel nothing now.

Measured my belly at 41 inch, and this was after a big breakfast. I have lost 3 inches in 2 weeks, so likely 5 inches in the last month!

In belt size, I've gone down 1.

This regime has encouraged me to eat more veggies like radishes & cucumber, and I've been taking celery walks, so the healthier lifestyle is certainly helping.

Something special about this video is that I have weak knees, and I have neck & shoulder stiffness & pain. So these exercises don't strain any of those, which is rare on fat-burn videos.

So I'll say again, THIS VIDEO WORKS!!!!
