for everyone wondering if it works:
i did this 6 times a week for 2 weeks and it definitely works! my back is much more sculpted and we can see my spine a lot more ! also when i wore low rised jeans, some fat in my back would pop out and now nothing does! definitely recommend this!

I’m a complete honest person and I wouldn’t lie about something if it works or not. You can trust me or not but this workout did help me get rid of back fat not all of it but I been doing it for 3 weeks and I definitely see progress. I’m gonna keep up with it I def recommend.

Doing this for 1-2 weeks (I’ll constantly update🤞🏾) I’m doing this with my daily workout for my stomach and waist, Kim Balanay’s arm workout, Gloria’s shoulder workout, and this! I added this today so we’ll see if results occur faster! ;)

Day 1✔️: When I first clicked it I hesitated cause I was exhausted from my previous workouts, but this workout is SOOO easy and it feels REALLY good to do, I was shocked I wanted to do it a second time. You can really feel the burn, it’s not a painful one but those good ones. I love it already!

Day 2✔️: I always feel exhausted after my previous workouts, but doing this awakens me for some reason. It’s so refreshing, I do it two times. I don’t see results physically but mentally I feel so good!

Day 3✔️: My workouts are only getting easier because of this video, ik i’m late to it but Gloria really did her big one. My mom said I’m getting slimmer on my back, but I don’t see it yet😭. I did loose 2-3 pounds already tho ;)

Day 4✔️: I be forgetting to update after the workout😭 I started seeing results today, my bra bulge was small to begin with but it’s gone now :D But I can still grab fat from right there so imma still finish till 2 weeks maybe.

Day 5✔️: My back looks toner, my posture is better, AND my shoulders are smaller😃 I mainly added this workout to get rid of my back fat and it’s working really well, I never really found a video where u can feel the burn in ur back, I feel so good after this workout, like no joke I be feeling like I just showered💀

Day 6✔️: I’m just gonna put this here in case someone wants to know but Im 5’3-5’4, When I started I was going back in forth with 129-131lbs, I mainly have fat on my thighs and butt from genetics, I also have fat on my arms and my stomach always look bloated😭. But as of rn I’m 126, my arms look waayyy slimmer, my shoulders and back is slimmer, and my waist is also more toned. I can still lose some fat off my stomach tho ;)

Day 7✔️: I didn’t do my everyday workout, I did the la sserafim workout with my friend, so i did this 3x for some reason (throughout the day ofc). To also add on I’m going to do it for one more week so I’ll have check marks in 8-14 and then i’ll update on day 15 in the morning😃. Cya then!

Day 8-14 Results✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️: I’m updating on day 16 at night before I do this because I feel like tomorrow will be to long. But I just want to say, a week or so instead of doing my everyday workout I was doing Shirlyn Kim’s pilates and workout videos and I also added on another video for my arms. I haven’t gotten my results that I fully want but there is a big change. My stomach is way more flatter when I mentioned I wanted to burn some more fat off on day 6, my stomach is my desired size now. My waist is really slim thanks to the pilates I started doing, if I could measure I would but I don’t know where my tape is😭. My back is also really slim and loosing fat off of there also benefited my waist. Imma make this short but Imma continue to do this until I find a better video ig?😭 Here’s my workout to anyone who wants it ;)

Trust me, this works. I did this workout for a few days and my bra bulge is no longer visible. I was very insecure about it. But this workout solved the problem. I had to stop doing this bcs i was engaged with few things recently. But I've started doing this again

This video came really timely, I reccently gained weight and noticed I have bra buldge, feeling really insecure because of it. I will work on this workout to target my buldge. Thank you for posting this video Gloria!

I'm starting this probably planning to do it for a week.
I'm doing this combined with a whole bunch of other workouts!
Day 1: ✅ Completed it was pretty easy
Day 2: ❎ OKAY LET ME EXPLAIN, I didn't have time to workout I was prepping for my exams coming up
Day 3: ✅ EASY, honestly felt pretty good after but I still haven't seen any changes
You guys got this, do this for yourself not for anyone else. I hope I stay consistent!!

OOPS, I'm so sorry I kinda forgot about this!! I'm going to start again on June 24th so just stay tuned for a bit. It happens and I'm sorry for anyone who is trying to look for results.
