I did this two sets on my off day before I went to bed to burn some excess energy.

51yrs and today did it fully 20 min but I threw in 5 pull ups after both sides then 2 min rest.

50lb bell

Got through 3 sets proper.

Perfect Workout for my Camping vacation where my only equipment is a 16 kg Kettlebell and a jumping rope.
Did 6 rounds, last set of thrusters each round was killing me.

Oh my lord. I've had a kettle bell for years and have never really used it! Just done this workout and I'm amazing! My body is shaking and can't believe how well it got my heart rate going... thank you!

Excellent flow, I always admired your work and even more your journey🤙 I modified and did 7rep 7 round with 1 rep bonus to get to 50 reps. Took me 30 mins; I’m spent and looks like I jumped outta the pool 💪

it f me up. really great routine. 20-24 kg is the max for me to not risk injury. added 2 mins of rope instead of rest and got myself wayyy too much sweat :D
