You will love this full body kettlebell workout for fast weight loss. It targets all muscles.
I'm using a 12kg kettlebell but you should use the weights you're comfortable with. Not too light, not too heavy.
Remember to use a heavier kettlebell the next time you do this workout.

Hi Brian! I truly loved this workout! I have exercised my whole life and have always been quite fit, but as a woman in her 50's, the dreaded menopause belly has caught up with me. I just started working out with you last week, adding 3 of your routines to my weekly rotation with another 3 workouts (more pilates type functional strength, without weights), and I am already seeing a difference in my belly in just 5 sessions with you, so far! I am using a 10lb kettlebell, and definitely getting a GOOD workout! So excited to be seeing changes already and really looking forward to continuing to have your workouts be a part of my fitness journey! I am so glad I found you :)

This is my week #10 working out for 60 minutes 5 days a week. Since 4 weeks ago just working out with kettlebell 10kg for the same amount of time (60 minutes) I haven't lost any pounds yet, I am not sure if this is because of my age (47) or my metabolism. I eat very healthy. Coach Brian, please advice me. Thank you!
