This „Full Body Cardio“ Routine is
▸ not as extreme as my HIIT videos
▸ filled with fancy-schmancy exercises. If you are fed up by basic Jumping Jacks and High Knees, you will like this one!
▸ sweaty and definitely gets your heart rate up, but it won’t kill you
▸ a mixture between cardio exercises, strength movements and active rests (Planks)

PS: no Jump Squats, no Burpees!! … but lots of Roll Ins haha

▸ calories burned are between 60-110kcal, depending on your weight, height & fitness level!

so… this cardio is a mixture out of 15min aerobic boxing cardio, 10min calorie killer and 15min slow strength and i’m here for it! ☺️

I love that your workouts are so "timeless", no talking random stuff throughout, nice music, and clear view of what you are doing. Some videos can get so repetitive when you have to hear the same convo daily etc 🤣

Going to be honest, I haven't been the most active person the last 2 weeks, and I decided today to catch up with Pamela`s plan. Since my body hasn't been active for long, I decided to just do this video, and I would like to thank you Pamela for posting it today, because doing this workout this morning was enough to lift up my mood, give me a good sweat and get my body back to the game!
