I had an accident where I fell on my head 3 years ago (with 12). After the accident I could no longer walk, and had to go to a clinic for six month to relearn the simplest things like writing, reading, and walking. Now three years later I did first a upperbody workout, and now a cardio workout. Maddie you inspired to keep going. There were moments were I wanted to give up but wachted your vidoes, and told myslef that one day I wanna be able to do your workouts, and now I am. Thank you!

I am 63. Just did you ten minute lower ab workout and now this one. Not only are these great physical workouts (I do what I can), but they also serve to work on my coordination, with my brain telling my body what to do! A brain workout for me! Thanks so much!

Could not do this workout two weeks ago. Daily strength workouts and now I can complete with minor modifications, not going anywhere near as fast as you, but moving the entire time! Thank you!

I have been doing your 30min strength training with 10mins abs workout with 5 min cool down everyday for 15 says now and i am totally seeing improvement in my ability to lift weight with a better balance… I totally love that all these workouts can be done at home so easily… I would really appreciate if u make one 45min workout for legs especially… thanks maddy all all your content, u r totally an amazing person providing us with all this free content

I did it at half the pace and much sloppier, but I was close to skipping any type of workout today, so I'm gonna call it a win! Told myself to stop so many times but I think I'm trained for your timer at this point because I just kept going 😆

Using this as a finisher after a jog and it's perfect. Really appreciate all the follow-along workouts you do. I can't get to a gym and I do most things on my own but sometimes it's nice to feel like you've got "company"!
