6min Home SHOULDER & TRAPS Workout (DUMBBELLS ONLY!). Think you can handle this Shoulder and Traps workout? See if you can keep up!

We'll be going through 9 dumbbell exercises for 30 seconds each. I'll give you a 7 second rest between each exercise to prepare for the next set.

Good luck during this workout and try and repeat this routine 2-3 total times.

What's up Brochachos. Goodluck with this one! Also I wanted to mention that my lower back on the Modified Rear Delt Fly is actually not correct. The lower back is rounding and not straight enough. I decided to keep it in to highlight how even after doing this for the years I have, I still make mistakes just like you. When you’re performing the rep, focus on keeping as straight of a lower back as possible.

Good workout, Tanner! I appreciate that a fit guy like you can struggle a bit during a workout like this. I do most of the lifts you demonstrated here, but if I took as little rest in between exercises as you did, I'd have the first two digits of 9-1-1 at the ready (provided I didn't pass out first)! Here's a question though. That rear delt fly reminded me of a triceps kick-back. I'm guessing the difference is that you don't squeeze your triceps at the top of the movement if you're doing a fly?

Beginner 1-2 sets
Intermediate 3-4 sets
Advanced 5 sets

Uni-Lateral Front Raise 16 to 20 reps
Lateral Raise 16 to 20 reps
Wide Grip Shrugs 12 to 15 reps
Clean and Press 10 to 12 reps
Modified Rear Delt Flys 16 to 20 reps
Arnold Press 12 to 15 reps
Overhead Press 15 to 20 reps

Can I work this out with my back + bicep training day ? or should I do this on following day ?? please suggest

So would it count if I for example do your bicep routine follow along but instead of redoing that specific video 3 times could I just superset with your other bicep follow along videos? So pretty much 1 bicep video then another bicep video then finishing it off with one more bicep video if that makes sense.
