Bro i grew up with your training programs. first time when i started working out with you in 2019 and after that i still continue working out. Now i am 20 years old 83 kilos and can easily do 60 clean push ups in a row also 30 pull ups thanks for teaching me and make my body and brain stronger. Now i am feeling that i should go on my way and progress on my own but as i said thank you for everything

Igor i was waiting for the shoulders workout from decades i want you to make progressive type (levels) like the one you did chest first knee pushups second normal and third double diamond PU. It will be very useful i you do i for leg shoulder etc.

I just realized that body workout pushups variants/dips/bars are better than weight for my body development. Faster muscle growth, more muscle engagements, balance. I can't believe I wasted years in the gym.
