6 minute shoulder workout - Hey guys, in this video tutorial with a 6 minute shoulder workout with dumbbells, I am going to give you 4 different exercises that are all going to be done in a giant set. This is one of our RIPPED IN 6 videos, we also have others for your arms, chest, legs, and even a full body workout. So, I will tell you how to set up this workout to help you get ripped in 6 minutes. It is going to be 37 seconds of each exercise and you are going to do 2 rounds of these exercises in this intense shoulder workout. There will be no rest between the exercises, you are going to go straight from one exercise to the other. Immediately after you do your fourth exercise, you are going to start the second round of the 4 exercises. Doing 2 rounds of the 4 exercises should take you 5 minutes. The last minute of the exercise is going to be for the finisher. It is an all out finisher, so make sure to push yourself while also making sure you utilize great form. Now let’s get started with this 6 minute shoulder workout for men.
The first exercise in this shoulder workout with dumbbells at home is dumbbell side lateral raises. When doing side lateral raises, keep a slight bend in your elbows, do not lock them out straight. From there, we are going to do bent over front lateral raises in this 6 minute workout at home. Make sure you are hinging at the hips in this exercise, you do not want to be feeling this in your lower back. The next exercise in this 6 minute workout for men is front raises in this intense workout at home. If this gets hard, if you need a little break, you can do them alternating to rest them a little bit in this 6 minute shoulder workout at home. I like more of a neutral gift for this exercise, and again if you are struggling you can do them alternating.
