6-Minute Body Boost: Energize with Intention

Welcome to a quick and accessible 6-minute workout that not only strengthens your body but also sharpens your mind! At M.ADD Fit, we believe that fitness isn’t just about movement—it's about being present with every breath, step, and sensation.

In this mindful workout, we’ll take you through three simple yet powerful exercises, each lasting 2 minutes, designed to keep you engaged, focused, and connected to your body. This short session is perfect for busy days, quick breaks, or moments when you need to bring yourself back into the present.

---
Knees to Hands (2 minutes)
Focus: Balance & Coordination
Mindful Tip: As you lift each knee, feel your core engage and focus on the point of contact between your knee and hand. Sync your movements with your breath—inhale as you prepare, exhale as you lift. Notice the shift in your centre of gravity, keeping your movements smooth and deliberate.

---
Squats (2 minutes)
Focus: Strength & Stability
Mindful Tip: As you lower into your squat, feel the weight shift into your heels, and notice the tension building in your legs. Breathe deeply and slowly—inhale as you lower down, exhale as you push through your heels to rise. Stay present with your body’s movement, avoid distractions, and savour the strength in each squat.

---

Lunges (2 minutes)
Focus: Flexibility & Focus
Mindful Tip: With each lunge, ground yourself by focusing on the sensation in your legs and core. Pay attention to the alignment of your knees and hips, and the way your muscles engage. Breathe steadily, and with each step forward, imagine yourself stepping into greater awareness and focus.

This 6-minute workout offers more than just a physical challenge—it’s a moment to pause, breathe, and become more connected to yourself. Each exercise is an opportunity to train your mind to stay focused on the present, making your workout not only a way to strengthen your body but also a mindfulness practice in motion.
