Summary
1) Exercise
Strength training
Weight lifting
HIGH intensity training
2) Sleep (7-8 hours deep sleep)
3) Stress Management
4) Healthy Weight
5) Testosterone boosting like Zinc, Mangnesium, healthy fats, walnut almond pumpkin seeds, no soya, sugar or ultra processed foods
6) No plastic, use steel, no cosmetics, no chemicals
7) Sunlight is Important, Vitamin D, early morning sunlight is the most beneficial, 15-20 mins light coloured clothing, direct sunlight
8) No smoking or Alcohol as it affects the testis which is responsible for Sperm production. Beer belly is not good.
9) Avoid sitting in a place for a long time, every 30 mins to one hour, take a walk.
10) less screen time with laptop, TV, mobile, etc. Put away your mobile an hour before sleeping.
