Definitely speak to your doctor before doing the velvet bean thing because doing some research is stating that if you were taking medication for Parkinson's disease or have underlying health issues such as kidney disease etc. that it could react negatively with that possibly causing symptoms like involuntary facial movements etc so please do some research if you are planning on trying the Velvet beans.
